Steel Brew Co, Mills Bakery Building, Royal William Yard, Plymouth PL1 3GD

Brewing began in a garage in 2018, producing a range of craft beers on a six-barrel plant. The brewery relocated to the Grade 1*-listed Melville Building, Royal William Yard in 2020, and relocated again to Mills Bakery within Royal William Yard in 2021. Four core beers and numerous one-off specials are brewed, available in its onsite Tap Room. Its bottled beers are also sold in the Plymouth Gin Distillery, Barbican, Plymouth. Brewing recommenced in 2023 with all brewing undertaken by Patrick Lawrence, of Bulletproof Brewery, using the Steel Brew plant.
