Plymouth CAMRA's annual fashion statement and pilgrimage around the Barbican took place on the Friday between Christmas and the New Year, as usual. With turkey sandwiches left at home, we had a very pleasant trip around a number of real ale pubs, finding beer from Bays, Dartmoor, Hunter's, Otter, Skinners, Sharp's and Summerskills, amongst others.

It was great to see Vernon and Robert, of Countryman Cider, join us. We were very pleased that Vernon was presented with his National Cider Of The Year 2017 award for his Medium Cider, by Bob Southwell, CAMRA South West Regional Cider Coordinator.
